Every year in the spring, Sterling opens its doors to the employees’s families for a special guided tour of laboratories and production areas.

Adults and children are also involved in science games in order to better understand that science is life, passion and fun.

The Corporate Family Day is a beautiful social occasion where colleagues have the opportunity to get to know each other much better than within the confines of the everyday office routine.

Meeting each other’s families will be a way to make new friendships and deepen the current ones by creating “horizontal” connections. Moreover, we believe that meeting colleagues outside of the office is a good ingredient for achieving a better Work-Life Balance.
