STERLING MEETS THE UNIVERSITY OF PERUGIA
BONDS 2023: Creating links between elements
On July 11, Sterling hosted the students from the Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Sciences Courses.
It was a very important event for us at Sterling because it aims to promote and consolidate relations between institutions, scientific societies and business.
We took this important opportunity to present the scholarship named after Gianluigi Ferlin, founder of Sterling, with which the company reconfirms its intention to be alongside talented students in their studies and consolidate the link with the universities of our territory that prepare them.

Scholarship "GIANLUIGI FERLIN"
On the occasion of this meeting, Sterling presented the scholarship for students of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Perugia, envisaged for the two-year specialization period of the two degree courses and announced on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the death of the #company founder.
We will support the most deserving students through the payment of university fees for the two-year specialisation.
To access it, students must be regularly in progress, have a weighted average of at least 105 and write a treatise on the topic "New approaches and new technologies for the synthesis and functionalization of steroid molecules".
The treatises will be evaluated on the basis of criteria of originality, applicability and marketability of the project in the corporate context.
Sterling has always had a very close link with the academic world and in particular with the University of Perugia with which we have promoted numerous research activities over the years and from which many of the young graduates who work in our company today come.
