STERLING & ORGANICA

United for lifelong learning and community engagement

Between October and December 2024, Sterling Spa hosted the second edition of the Itinerari Lab in its Auditorium in Solomeo, a training project conceived by Organica, an association that shares Sterling's values of personal and collective growth, placing people at the center, and promoting well-being in the workplace. The sessions provided an important opportunity to strengthen a shared commitment to continuous learning and the activation of local initiatives, fostering dialogue among businesses, professionals, and local communities. Through a series of interactive workshops led by top-tier experts, the relationship between individual awareness, professional skills, and organizational development was explored, with a particular focus on emerging challenges such as artificial intelligence and sustainability. This collaboration aimed to encourage interaction among participants from diverse experiences and sectors, creating a stimulating environment for the exchange of ideas and perspectives. This initiative highlights the importance of training as a tool for continuous improvement and a means to generate shared value within the community. Sterling reaffirms its commitment to supporting projects that combine excellence, innovation, and social responsibility, strengthening its dialogue with organizations like Organica, which stand out for their contribution to the cultural and professional development of the region.
